This book contains thirty stories about the children and teachers at Wayside School, but before we get to them, there is something you have to know so that you don't get confused.

this is another sideways stories. 

Wayside School was accidentally built sideways. It was supposed to be only one story high, with thirty classrooms all in a row. Instead it is thirty stories high, with one classroom on each story. The builder said he was very sorry.

         Hi! Do you know about smoking? Smoking feels good when you do it the first time, but it causes something called cancer.
Cancer is a illness that a lot of people can get, it can harm people and it can also kill people. There are a few types of cancer. For example, smoking can cause Lung Cancer, Skin Cancer, Bone Cancer, Liver Cancer or Brain Cancer. These types of cancer can make you get sick and have to do something called surgery and it may fail too; it cost a lot of money! Surgery is something that you have to use something to open up the part that got cancer or you use something dangerous , but didn't open up the part you got cancer instead it hurts. It is very dangerous to do a surgery. For example, an eye surgery uses a laser to make your vision better, but it can hurt. Hurting doesn't bother that much, it's that your surgery may not have worked and you will have a bad time. Like if a eye surgery fails, your eyes can be blind forever.
     Smoking first makes your teeth a little brown- to black. This means that your teeth are already affected by smoking. Smoking can make your lungs black too; and your lungs can make you have another thing called asthma. Asthma is a condition in the bronchi of your lungs, causing difficulty in breathing. It's usually from an allergy or other forms of a sickness that causes asthma. Smoking can also cause you to have brain function problems. For example, like 1+3=4. After you get the affect, you wouldn't say 4, you will say another number. It is also dangerous because that you can die by smoking. People who smoke mostly don't like their life or thinks that life is bad or mean. So please notice that smoking is bad. Don't smoke! This is all for today!

The light in the front attracts fish so it could eat the fish. It could still see if the light is closed because there is something red next to his eyes. It use it to escape from danger. Charmander

The first Pokemon starter is Charmander. Charmander is a fire type Pokemon.
Charmander evolution 
Charmander evolve to Charmelon then Charzaird. 
Chaizard attack.
His attack is flamethrower, steel wing, dragon claw, dragon tail, dragon rage, and earthquake, smokescreen, Charizard speed is 70.

Squirtle

The next starter is Squirtle 
Squirtle evolution 
Squirtle evolve to Wartortle then Blastoise.
Blastoise attack Water gun , Scald , Flash Cannon , Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Tail Whip , Rapid Spin.
Blastoise speed  is 50.

Bulbasaur

The last Pokemon starter is Bulbasaur. It is a grass type.

Venusaur attack
Venusaur attack is razor leaf , solar beam , jungle hammer , poison string , vine whip , bite , and petal dance.

Hi everybody, today we will teach you about Japan.


Where is Japan?

Japan is in  Eastern Asia. Japan is made of thousands of islands. It is near the Sea of Japan. It is also near the Pacific Ocean in the east. Across this sea are Japan's closest neighbors. They include Russia, China, North Korea, and South Korea. The capital is Tokyo.



The Land

Most of Japan is covered in mountains. Most of Japan's cities and farms lie on these plains. Short, fast-moving rivers flow from the mountains to plains. They provide farmers with water for growing crops. The Japanese enjoy four seasons. Northern Japan has cool summers and cold, snowy winters. The southern part of the country has long, hot summers and mild winters. 



Volcanoes and Earthquakes

Japan lies in an area where the earth's crust cracks and slides. This constant movement creates volcanoes and earthquakes. About 60 of Japan's 150 volcanoes are active. They puff out steam, smoke, and ash. Most earthquakes in Japan are small and do not cause much damage. Large earthquakes strike every few years and can cause landslides and damage to buildings. An earthquake on the ocean floor is dangerous too. It can cause a powerful wave called a tsunami. A tsunami becomes a giant wall of water when it reaches land.



Wildlife

Japan is home to many plants and animals. Bears, deer, foxes, and rabbits all live in the forest. Cherry blossoms are popular in Japan.



The People

The people in Japan are Japanese. That is why they are called Japanese people. Japanese is also their language.



Holidays

Japan celebrates many different holidays. The holidays are Doll Festival, Mid-Summer Festival, and more.
